One-to-one counselling for children and young people, alongside support for the parents, carers and schools around them.
Assessment sessions
An initial assessment to understand what a child or young person is experiencing and whether one-to-one counselling is the right next step — for them, at this time.
Counselling for children
Play-based, one-to-one sessions for children aged roughly 4–11, using toys, art and symbolic play as the language of the room.
Counselling for young people
A more conversational space for teenagers aged 12–18 to think through identity, friendships, family change, anxiety, and the pressures — including online ones — of growing up.
Parent & carer support
Sessions for the adults around a child — wanting to understand their behaviour, support them through a transition, or simply think something through together.
School consultation
Working alongside teaching staff to think about wellbeing support for individual pupils or a whole-school approach to mental health. Find out more about working with schools →
